Change of mind

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not refund for change of mind, if you have found it cheaper else where or had no use for it.

Deposits / Cancellations / Refunds

All treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals or salons.

All bookings require minimum 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit payable for all bookings 3 or more people, payment of 1 person will be required to secure the appointment.

In the event of any cancellations within 48 hours (or less) of the booking or you do not attend the appointment, all payments (including booking deposit and subsequent payments) made shall be non-refundable. In the case of pre-paid appointments, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will unfortunately result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

Any Teeth Whitening By Jess treatments are non transferable to other individuals or locations.

In light of COVID-19 and Government enforced closures and restrictions, any deposits or pre payment shall be credited to your next treatment.

Products & Service

Our procedures and products may not be suited for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatment. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your technician on what you can achieve with your treatment.

In order to receive the best treatment possible, we highly recommended receiving a dental clean prior to your treatment if you have not done so in the last 3 months

Further appointment information

By paying a deposit for a treatment, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. All clients acknowledge the price quoted id dependent on the location and service required. If the location changes from the initial time the service was quoted, additional changes pay apply.

An additional travel fee may be required by the client if the service location falls outside of the radius Teeth Whitening By Jess services.

Unfortunately due to being a mobile service, we cannot always accommodate late arrivals. In the event you are running late to your appointment, please notify your technician or HQ immediately. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, this may be deducted to your appointment to accommodate to existing bookings that would be affected
